Role Description The Information System Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mauritius.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
• Provide day-to-day IT support to store and office users
• Maintain IT equipment, systems, backups and user access
• Assist with the installation and deployment of IT systems in new stores
• Coordinate with external IT suppliers and service providers
• Support POS and other business applications
• Maintain basic IT security and system documentation
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• Practical knowledge of systems, networks and troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work on-site and assist with urgent IT issues when required
• Experience in retail or a multi-site environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of Odoo is a strong advantage
