Internal Affairs Team | GTSES
The German Taiwanese Student Exchange Society (GTSES) is currently recruiting 1–2 members for its newly established Internal Affairs Team.
🌍 About GTSES
GTSES is a youth-led platform dedicated to promoting academic, cultural, and professional exchange between Taiwan and the German-speaking world.
📌 Position: Internal Affairs Team Member
📍 Flexible / Remote-friendly
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting recruitment processes and interviews
• Assisting with team structure and role coordination
• Organizing internal communication and workflows
• Improving onboarding and member experience
👥 Ideal Candidates:
• Interested in organization and team development
• Reliable and proactive
• Motivated to take responsibility
• Curious about building systems and internal structures
