Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Internal IT Officer to join SINET, a Cambodian Internet and Telecom Service Provider company. As an Internal IT Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, management, and monitoring of our servers, networks, systems, and internal infrastructure. Your role will involve installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and applications, ensuring security and backup strategies, and maintaining the highest levels of systems availability. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads and staff to enhance the technical performance of our internal IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administration tasks for servers, networks, systems, and internal infrastructure.
- Manage and monitor all installed internal IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Replace hardware parts as required, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Procure approved hardware from an agreed list of suppliers, ensuring quality and compatibility.
- Assist in creating and maintaining system and security standard guidelines and procedures.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for consistent onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborate with department heads and staff to assess and update the technical performance of internal IT infrastructure.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT, system support, or related industries.
- Knowledge of network analyser and network switches to effectively diagnose and resolve issues.
- Strong customer service skills and a willingness to assist others.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving potential IT infrastructure issues.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting server and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with security and backup strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
