OVERVIEW:

A top tier multi-strategy hedge fund seeks a proactive, resourceful, organised, and detail-oriented individual to support senior executives of the firm’s London-based trading and investor relations groups. This person will play a key collaborative role in keeping business initiatives organised and on track in a dynamic, engaging, and inclusive working environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, coordinating and executing detail-sensitive meetings, planning intricate travel itineraries, liaising with internal business units and external parties, offering support for key projects, and providing general administrative assistance.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

* Candidates should have at least six years of relevant experience and thrive in fast-paced work environments.

* The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.

* Detail-oriented individuals with exceptional organisational and communication skills, who are accustomed to taking ownership of their work and excel individually and in team settings will thrive in this role.

* A bachelor’s degree is preferred, as is proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) and the ability to learn and utilise productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, and Share Point.
