Job Responsibilities
- Maintain stable, reliable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems, and devices).
- Implement and strengthen security measures to safeguard systems and data.
- Oversee backups, cybersecurity monitoring, and compliance with security standards.
- Manage daily IT operations and provide timely technical support to ensure business continuity.
- Respond effectively to incidents and critical issues.
- Lead IT projects, vendor management, and system enhancements aligned with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage IT budget, resources, and cost optimization initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of IT experience with proven experience in IT management or leadership role.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems, projects, vendors, and IT teams.
- Experience in a multinational company environment is an advantage.
