Job Summary
The Junior Talent Acquisition Officer supports the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people, communication, and talent acquisition and are looking to build a career in Human Resources. The position provides opportunities to learn recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent management while contributing to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding campaigns.
- Prepare weekly recruitment updates and reports to HR Manager.
- Perform other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in recruitment, education, service, or sales industries (Preferable).
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and tools.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
