Job description:
- Supporting the taskforce team in stabilizing supply chains in the electronics area by collecting data, performing basic analyses, and preparing decision-making inputs.
- This role is intended for graduate students who can quickly take over operational support tasks. Responsibilities include data preparation (e.g. SAP, Excel), maintaining tracking lists, supporting reporting, and following up with suppliers.
- The focus is on reliable execution, fast onboarding, and providing flexible capacity for data-driven and coordination tasks within the taskforce.
- 0-3 years, fresh graduate also can apply.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze data (SAP, Excel) for decision-making
- Track orders, shortages, and supplier performance
- Follow up with suppliers on deliveries and issues
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking lists
- Support cross-functional coordination and urgent supply tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering) or any related field
- Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge preferred
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
