Position: Junior Design Producer| Admin up to $4K (MNC/ BANK)
MNC/ BANKThe Opportunity Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Junior Design Producer Contract duration:
Starts off as a 12-month contract

CBDThe Job Support the end-to-end procurement contract process
Manage and follow up on monthly contract headcount invoicing and paperwork
Review and manage user access and licenses for design tools
Update budget tracker with monthly expense reports and follow up on clarifications
Support day-to-day operations for the department such as hardware asset management, onboarding, offboarding, and operational queries.
Manage logistics for monthly staff events such as townhalls and offsites.
Update various trackers in the form of Excel sheets (i.e.,
resource management
, invoice management, etc.) and ensure all numbers are
up-to-date
and accurate.
