Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing Facebook advertising campaigns, preparing performance reports, conducting market and competitor research, and creating direct response ad content. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ad Library, creative content planning, and basic marketing performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facebook Ads Management

  • Plan, set up, publish, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Create and manage campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including reach, impressions, clicks, leads, cost per result, CTR, CPC, and conversion performance.
  • Adjust campaign targeting, budget, placement, and creatives based on performance.
  • Assist in A/B testing different ad creatives, captions, headlines, audiences, and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure ads are published accurately and follow Meta advertising policies.

2. Advertising Reports & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly advertising performance reports.
  • Analyse campaign results and highlight key findings, issues, and improvement areas.
  • Track important metrics such as ad spend, leads generated, cost per lead, engagement rate, and conversion performance.
  • Provide simple recommendations to improve ad performance and reduce advertising cost.
  • Maintain proper records of campaign results and marketing activities.

3. Market Research & Competitor Research

  • Conduct research on relevant industries, target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Use Facebook Ad Library to study competitor ads, offers, creatives, messaging, and marketing angles.
  • Identify effective ad formats, content styles, hooks, and promotional strategies used in the market.
  • Research customer pain points, buying behavior, and content ideas related to the industry.
  • Summarize research findings into clear insights for campaign planning.

4. Creative Content & Ad Copy

  • Create direct response ad content for Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Write clear and attractive ad copy, headlines, captions, and call-to-action messages.
  • Suggest creative angles based on target audience needs, market trends, and competitor research.
  • Coordinate or prepare basic creative briefs for posters, videos, images, or short-form ad content.
  • Ensure ad content is persuasive, relevant, and aligned with campaign objectives.

5. Campaign Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Work closely with the internal team to understand campaign requirements, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Support campaign scheduling, content planning, and basic marketing documentation.
  • Follow up on campaign progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist with other digital marketing-related tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, Facebook Ads, performance marketing, social media marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Ad Library.
  • Able to write simple and effective ad copy.
  • Basic understanding of advertising metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS will be an advantage.
  • Good research skills and ability to study competitor ads and market trends.
  • Able to prepare simple reports using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to test different marketing ideas.
  • Able to work independently in a work-from-home arrangement.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
