We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented L1 Technical Support – System Admin & Cloud to join our growing team in Manila. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply, as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, system, and cloud-related concerns.
- Assist in managing and monitoring cloud-based systems and services.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for system, network, and user-related issues.
- Escalate complex technical concerns to higher support teams when necessary.
- Support system maintenance, installations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Help implement security measures to ensure data integrity and system protection.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in technical support, system administration, or cloud support roles are preferred.
- Cloud experience is required (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud exposure is highly preferred).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, IT infrastructure, and operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Manila.
