About the Rol

eWe are seeking a Junior Collaboration Administrator to help support and maintain our SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, and Microsoft Teams environments. This entry-level to early-career role is ideal for someone who has foundational Microsoft 365 knowledge and is ready to grow into a more advanced collaboration and administration position

.You’ll work alongside senior administrators to handle operational tasks, resolve tickets, assist with site and Team provisioning, support end users, and learn the fundamentals of governance, security, and automation

.Key Responsibilitie

sSharePoint Onlin

  • eAssist with the creation and management of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions
  • .Support end users with issues related to access, document management, and sharing
  • .Help maintain OneDrive for Business settings and troubleshoot sync issues
  • .Monitor storage usage and site/activity reports
  • .Work with senior administrators on simple configurations such as
  • :Content type
  • sMetadat
  • aBasic retention setting

sSharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019/Subscription Edition

  • )Perform basic site and permission management using Central Administration or delegated tools
  • .Assist with routine operational tasks such as
  • :Checking service healt
  • hVerifying scheduled job
  • sReviewing log
  • sSupport senior administrators during maintenance windows, patching, and farm updates
  • .Learn to review ULS logs and troubleshoot common access or search-related issues

.Microsoft Team

  • sHelp provision Teams, channels, and manage membership requests
  • .Support users with
  • :Teams meeting issue
  • sChannel
  • sFile acces
  • sCross-app integration
  • sMonitor Teams activity and assist with policy updates under senior guidance
  • .Assist with guest access requests while ensuring proper security practices

.Support & Operation

  • sServe as a Tier 1/Tier 2 resource for SharePoint and Teams issues
  • .Troubleshoot permissions, sync issues, and user access problems
  • .Update documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides
  • .Work with senior administrators on escalations and more complex incidents

.Required Qualification

  • s1–2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration OR relevant internship/technical support experience
  • .Basic understanding of
  • :SharePoint Online concepts (sites, libraries, permissions
  • )Microsoft Teams structure (teams, channels, meetings, policies
  • )Microsoft Entra ID concepts (users, groups
  • )Foundational PowerShell knowledge (running scripts and creating simple commands)
  • .Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • .Excitement to learn SharePoint On-Prem fundamentals and Microsoft 365 governance
