Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, dependable and detailed oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our legal team and contribute to the efficient operation of the office.

Essential Job Duties:

– Ability to multitask and perform general clerical duties including answering phones, emails, photocopying, faxing, and mailing

– Greet and assist visitors in a positive and professional manner

– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

– Manage and organize office files and documents

— Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

– Assist attorneys and staff in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

— Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner

– Utilize document management systems effectively

Required Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant

– 2-3 years’ experience working in a busy law firm

– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Strong sense of urgency and follow through

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar)

– Excellent phone etiquette

– Bilingual proficiency is a plus

– Exceptional customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
