Overview
Gateworth are currently supporting a leading international law firm in their search for a Legal Administrator to join their Dubai office. Working closely alongside the Business Services team, this role will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of a busy legal practice. Main Responsibilities
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to Partners, Associates and senior leadership within the Dubai office.
• Managing complex diaries, scheduling appointments and coordinating internal and external meetings.
• Monitoring and managing busy inboxes, responding to routine enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and visas.
• Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems in line with firm policies and document management procedures.
• Supporting the organisation of client events, seminars, training sessions and internal meetings.
• Processing expenses, uploading invoices and supporting with vendor registration using the firms billing system.
• Acting as a key point of contact for business support requirements and collaborating with colleagues across international offices.
• Providing front of house support and assisting with client queries, follow up and meeting arrangements.
Qualifications
• Our client is looking to hire a professional with at least 3-4 years’ experience within legal administration, executive support, team assistance or business support. Candidates from professional services, financial services or similar fast-paced environments will also be considered.
• Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders with complex diary management, inbox management and travel coordination is required.
• Strong organisational skills are crucial, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent native level English written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• The successful candidate will be highly professional, proactive and discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and integrity.
