Position: Marketing And Office Coordinator From 25000 To 35000 (Ctc) – Monthly

Job Title: Marketing and Office Administrator

Location: Alberton

Salary: R25 – R35 depending on experience.

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing and in office management or as an Administrator. Fully proficient in Photoshop. Experience managing company vehicle usage and maintenance.

Duties

:

Personal assistance to the Group Managers

Coordinate, monitor, evaluate and maintain Fleet

Enforce compliance to relevant legislation within the Fleet division

Prepare the annual preliminary budgets

Coordinate marketing materials for publication

Research marketing-related techniques to improve materials and processes

Typing of letters and taking minutes

Compilation and coordination of statistical reports
