Role Description The Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in Yangon, supporting the delivery and maintenance of MIT’s technology solutions and services. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with system configuration, basic troubleshooting, and user support for enterprise applications and cloud services. The Member will collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, document processes, and help ensure smooth implementation and operation of MIT’s products. The role also involves coordinating with senior team members to learn and apply best practices in software deployment, data management, and customer service. This position offers opportunities for skill development and growth within a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of enterprise software solutions, such as ERP, HCM, hotel or hospital management systems, and POS platforms.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with cloud and mobility technologies, including exposure to products like SAP Business One, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, or similar systems.
- Candidates should possess basic skills in using Microsoft technologies, such as Office 365, SQL Server, Windows Server, or Dynamics 365.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills to support system implementation and user assistance.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
- Relevant education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in software support, implementation, or IT operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
