Responsibilities
- Manage the stock allocation & replenishment if necessary.
- Identify the bestsellers and slow movers and take appropriate action so as to meet business objectives.
- Monitor overall stock health KPIs like stock cover, range availability, dead stock at SKU level, and create alert mechanisms.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams like Brand Team, Sales Team, Warehouse, and other channels to ensure smooth conduct of business.
- Liaise with shipping to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries of merchandise from the principal.
- Liaise with finance to ensure timely raising of POs and tracking of credit notes from the brand principal, if any.
- Liaise with the brand principal to share routine reports on business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Merchandising & Planning skills, especially in a fashion retail company.
- Advanced/Intermediate Excel Skills: ability to handle a large set of complex data and model it as per requirement.
- Added advantage if you have prior experience with data warehousing, SAP, and business planning tools.
- Fluent in English, good communication skills.
