We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our MIS team for Hardware Support in Senai, Johor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of working experience in hardware support is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and user support skills.
- Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all IT equipment including server, notebook, desktop PC, Printer, network equipment are in operable condition, this includes the support, setup and installation of software and hardware.
- Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including Active Directory (AD), mailbox and file server and perform and ensure data and system backup.
- Vendor sourcing & procurement, IT Asset maintenance report and documentation.
- Provide system support to all user related to IT.
- Assist other IT member with project /ad hoc assignment, as necessary.
