Role Description The Office Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Apollo Beach, FL, supporting the daily operations of Fortunium Wealth Management. This role includes managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities involve organizing client files, maintaining office records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with document preparation and data entry. The Office Administrative Assistant will support executives with calendar management, basic reporting, and coordination of client meetings, while ensuring the office environment is orderly, well-supplied, and efficient. This position also requires collaborating with team members, handling confidential information with discretion, and providing reliable administrative support to enhance client service.
