As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our team.

As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to our team members. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

Managing and organizing physical and digital files related to debt collection cases

Ability to represent Credit Collections Bureau in small claims lawsuits

Assisting collection agents with administrative tasks, such as data entry, file maintenance, and document preparation

Handling incoming and outgoing communications with debtors, clients, and third parties

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities

Assisting with the preparation of reports and documents for management

Providing general administrative support to the collection department

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in an administrative role or office environment is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
