POSITION SUMMARY:

The Office Admin reports to the General Manager of the store. The Office Admin will oversee the office activities as it relates to customer contact (phone and email), managing the fund-raising program with customers, safe count, assisting in processing receivables and P&L preparation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Open all store email and organize accordingly including verifying junk email

•Respond to applicable email and ensure that all other emails are addressed by appropriate person.

•Review all voice mail messages and organize by date, time, name and number of caller

•Answer all incoming calls and address as needed

•Count the safe minimum two times during each shift

•Ensure hours of schedule are recorded onto weekly P&L

•Print any incoming invoices and enter into Inventory and P&L

•Ensure that P&L and Inventory balance

•Stamp and scan all processed invoices and save in a folder

•Reconcile breaks from the current week

•Ensure previous week invoices are processed and sent to accounting

•Manage the store’s fund-raising program by coordinating fundraising capacity and scheduling and maintaining contact with customers and process fundraising payments

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

•High school diploma or equivalent

•Will be required to work closely with the management team on a daily basis.

•Work in the office for each shift

•Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills

•Excellent organizational and customer relation skills

•Attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

•Can reliably work alone and as part of a team

•Friendly with good interpersonal skills

•Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English

•Computer, reading and math skills

•Flexibility to work variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

HOURLY RATE:

•$18.00 per hour
