Full Job Description
Job Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations including order entry, phone support, quotes and order tracking, customer follow-ups, and invoicing. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth internal operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Prepare and send quotes to customers
Manage and track orders from entry through fulfillment
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Generate and send invoices in a timely manner
Maintain organized records of customer communications and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative, customer service, or office management role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with order/invoice systems
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
