Custer Firearms Training is looking for a Team member with strong office skills and a passion for firearms!
A qualified candidate must be an attentive and driven individual who is willing to learn on the job and work collaboratively with firearm instructors and students.
*Firearm experience and proficiency is required.* No professional firearms experience required on applicant’s resume; applicant with recreational firearms experience will be accepted. Ideally, candidates will bring a passion for firearms to the workplace.

Responsibilities
Able to lift and carry objects weighing at least 50 lbs.
Monitor shooters for safety compliance
Keep equipment maintained for lead abatement and sanitation
Phone calls and email for new, existing, and prospective customers
Able to walk long distances
Handle sales and payments from customers
Skills
*Knowledge of firearms & firearms maintenance required*
Able to work individually and collaboratively
Resolve conflict with competent de-escalation
Able to handle yourself in stressful situations
Proficient at verbal communication
Willing to receive basic medical certification
Must be attentive during entire shift, as safety is priority
Can stand for long periods of time
Proficiency with computers
Strong customer service skills
Qualifications
Able to reliably commute to and from work location (Required)
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. (Required)
