Full Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, Intake coordination, answering phones, filing documents, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Completes intake forms and appropriately routes them for admission approval

Assists in scheduling of appropriately skilled personnel to fill the case

Schedules replacement workers as needed and input scheduling information

Assists in communication with patients and staff

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Organize and maintain filing systems.

Schedule meetings and appointments.

Perform data entry tasks as needed.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
