About the Role:

The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Iasi office is well maintained, creating internal HR events, offering support to HR team for employee onboarding journey.

What you will do:

  • Liaise with building maintenance and third- party office services’ providers for service;
  • Offering support to identify suppliers for facility services;
  • Support the HR Team with HR and benefits administration to support delivery of HR objectives and through the entire employee lifecycle e g employment documents, benefit enrolment and other HR administration tasks as required;
  • Creating, coordinating and executing all assigned internal HR events and building effective communication strategies about those events to employees;
  • Identify specific ways to enhance existing internal communications and engagement tools that are aligned with global initiatives and practices as owned by Director, Global Communications; constantly exploring and testing new ideas; working closely with the Social Committee;
  • Identify supplier to support facility & employee events when the case;
  • Apply knowledge to identify the and recommend the best options social spending in area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Has a degree in Communications, HR or a related field or equivalent experience;
  • Basic HR legal knowledge around employment document, working time, termination;
  • Must have excellent time management, communication and organizational skills;
  • Professional attitude and ability to take direction from multiple areas;
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks;
  • Proficient with MS Office;
  • Ability to maintain confidentially at all times;
  • A professional attitude and the interpersonal skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels of the organization;
  • Must be a team oriented person with a “can do” attitude.
