Responsibilities
Create monthly newsletters
Oversee and manage business webpage and social media accounts
Clerical duties
Manage course registrations
Process all member orders
Collections of past due membership accounts
Maintain and Analyze all Data
Business research and reporting
Personal Assistant to business owner when needed
Co-work with all business partners
Maintain business social media accounts
Preferred Skills and Experience
Adobe Photoshop (required)
WordPress (required)
Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
Constant Contact (preferred)
Advanced Knowledge in MS Excel (required)
Experience in office administration and management (preferred)
Phone Sales and Collections
Critical Thinking / Problem Solving skills
Professional work ethic and positive attitude
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
