Marine and Civil Construction firm seeks experienced team member to manage our office in Greenport, NY. Weekly Schedule Monday – Thursday Schedule 9-4:30, with some flexibility because life isn’t simple, I get it.

As an Office Manager, you will be essential in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office. Reporting to senior management, your core skills in office management, communication, and organization will be vital in maintaining efficiency. You will leverage premium skills such as QuickBooks for financial management and event planning to enhance team productivity. Additionally, your relevant experience in clerical tasks, team management, and front desk operations will support a collaborative work environment.

Basic daily tasks are to include – Tracking expenses by category or applying them to given projects, Logging employee hours and work done by project, Sending out RFQ’s for material items, compiling weekly payroll expenses and processing ADP

A competent knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel is required (we are on Mac, sorry PC users).

We offer 1 weeks (5 days) paid vacation per year after completing a probationary period.
