We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our Dubai HQ based in Downtown Dubai. This hybrid role requires a sharp, detail-oriented professional who can manage daily office operations while providing high-level executive support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment

Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership

Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs

Assist with internal communication, scheduling, and confidential documentation

Organize corporate events and meetings when required

Liaise with internal teams across Dubai and Athens offices

Handle special projects as assigned by management

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools

Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive mindset

Experience in financial services or investment-related industries is a plus
