JOYRIDE is looking for an Office & Operations Coordinator to be the on-site heartbeat of our Austin team. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of office management, people ops, and executive/department support — reporting directly to the CEO. This is an in-office role (minimum 4 days/week) based in Austin, TX.

What you'll own:
- Day-to-day office operations — logistics, vendors, space, scheduling, and communications
- Leadership support including calendar coordination, travel, Board meeting prep, and financial reviews
- People ops coordination — interview scheduling, onboarding, employee records, internal comms, and culture touchpoints
- Brand & sales support — influencer/PR shipment logistics, tradeshow coordination, and sample fulfillment
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in administrative support, office coordination, or HR admin — ideally in a high-growth CPG or startup environment
- A proactive self-starter who can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Strong written/verbal communication and a high degree of discretion
- Comfort with tools like Slack, Monday.com, SharePoint, and HRIS platforms
- Adaptable, detail-obsessed, and genuinely excited by the pace of a growth-stage brand
