Position Overview:
As our Office Scheduler, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they call and the organized mind behind our service calendar. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly by scheduling jobs, managing customer communication, and supporting our technicians in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Schedule service appointments, installations, and maintenance visits
Coordinate technician schedules to maximize efficiency
Communicate with customers regarding appointment reminders, changes, or updates
Maintain accurate records in scheduling software and customer databases
Handle basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
Work closely with the owners and field crew to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an office or scheduling role (preferred but not required)
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with basic computer systems and scheduling software
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, dependable, and a team player
