Position: Contract Office Services Clerk in Philadelphia – Up to $21/hr!

Our client, a well-established law firm located in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Office Services Associate to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will support the firm with administrative tasks as they prepare to renovate their Philadelphia office.

About You:

1+ year of administrative experience

Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Detail-oriented with strong ability to follow directions

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Comfortable working both independently and within a team

About the Job:

Assist with document purging projects and follow detailed team instructions

Pack, label, and organize boxes for storage or relocation

Move bins and office materials as needed and perform light shredding

Support general office upkeep and organization

Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Our client is seeking a professional with prior office experience to join their team and make an immediate impact. This is a contract position expected to run through early August, with the potential for extension.
