We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and hands-on Operations Assistant to join our team!
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys a mix of administration, coordination, client communication, and hands-on operational work. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in our corporate health screening events.
Health Screening Events
Setup and attend health screening events, ensuring the physical setup and event flow are carried out smoothly and professionally.
Prepare necessary documents before and during health screening events, including required paperwork for participants and doctor consultations.
Coordinate event materials, equipment, and other logistical requirements.
Assist with on-site operations to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Client & Doctor Coordination
Communicate event details to clients promptly and efficiently.
Liaise with corporate clients and ensure their requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
Facilitate communication between doctors and clients during health screening events.
Assist in addressing client enquiries and concerns during events.
General Operations Support
Deliver and collect documents, supplies, and other items when required.
Coordinate courier services and monitor deliveries.
Assist with purchasing and stock replenishment.
Perform other operational and ad hoc duties when needed.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for work/events.
Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role, which may involve event setup, travelling, and handling equipment.
Salary
RM2,300 – RM3,000/month
Salary will be based on experience and suitability.
