We specialize in residential and small commercial projects, delivering fast, coordinated, and permit-ready solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with an architecture, civil, or interior design background to manage client communication, project coordination, and daily operations.

This is a high-responsibility role with direct exposure to international clients and real projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication

  • Handle incoming client inquiries (email, calls, messages)
  • Understand project requirements (secondary suites, garages, renovations, etc.)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with Canada-based clients
  • Schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-ups

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate between clients, architects, and engineers
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain organized project records and documentation
  • Assist in preparing permit submission packages

Email & Admin Management

  • Manage company email inbox (client, permit, internal)
  • Draft professional emails to clients, consultants, and authorities
  • Assist in invoicing and tracking project status

Lead & Growth Support

  • Qualify incoming leads and collect required information
  • Maintain lead tracking system (CRM / Excel)
  • Support outreach and follow-up processes
  • Assist in improving workflow and internal systems

Required Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong English communication (written + spoken)
  • Good understanding of drawings, plans, and construction basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with international clients (Canada/US)
  • Familiarity with permit drawings or construction workflows
  • Experience using CRM tools, Excel, or project management software
