Working model: Onsite
Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Budget: 25k (depending on experience)
Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers with strong soft skills are also welcome to apply)
About the Role: We are looking for a smart, organized, and highly motivated Operations Executive to support and manage the day-to-day operations behind our website’s internal processes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Content, Business Development and Design to ensure our internal workflows are smooth, efficient, and always improving.

What You'll Do:
- Manage daily operational workflows tied to website performance and internal processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution and follow-ups.
- Identify areas of improvement in current processes and help implement practical solutions.
- Track and report key operational metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Help maintain clear documentation of processes, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
- Support implementation of tools and systems that enhance team efficiency.
- Be a key point of contact for resolving operational issues or bottlenecks quickly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Operations, or related fields are a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or project management platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with CRM tools or scheduling platforms like Calendly
