🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Scheduler to manage and coordinate operational schedules, resource allocation, and workflow planning across teams.

You will ensure that tasks, shifts, and operational activities are properly scheduled and aligned with business priorities.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational schedules
  • Coordinate staffing, task assignments, and resource allocation
  • Monitor workflow progress and adjust schedules as needed
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant teams
  • Track operational performance and scheduling efficiency
  • Support project and operations planning activities
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource usage
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and management teams
  • Support reporting on operational KPIs and scheduling outcomes

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, operations support, coordination, administration, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Experience with workforce management or scheduling systems is an advantage
