Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and maintaining up-to-date records in our databases. This role requires strong data entry skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Order Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate order processing.
Duties
Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
Utilize rapid entry system to save time processing line items where possible.
Print pick slips once order is processed and ready to be released.
Assist with various other departmental duties when time permits.
Qualifications
Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
Experience ERP and order entry systems is preferred.
Familiarity with office administrative procedures and clerical tasks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Solid working history and excellent attendance record.
