Description:
We are looking for a candidate to fill a role as an Order Entry Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately entering customer orders into our database, ensuring orders are properly processed and sent to the appropriate vendors, setting up product shipments, and serving as a point of contact for customers regarding their orders. In addition to order entry, you will be assisting our project management team with LTL, ground, and dedicated truck pick ups and deliveries.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma. Associate’s Degree preferred.
2. Fast and accurate data entry skills.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Flexibility to work both as an individual and as a team contributor.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Background in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not required.
7. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
8. Ability to operate an electric forklift (no certification or experience required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
