Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving discrepancies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to handle outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to manufacturers to address issues and resolve discrepancies.
Analyze account information and identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the office system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with partners, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or account services, preferably in an office environment.
Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage partners effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with sales processes is advantageous but not required.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
