Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our visitors at our hotel or resort.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and room assignments.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of daily transactions.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a positive first impression.
Skills
Experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A background in hospitality is an advantage, having an understanding of the industry standards.
