PharmcareUSA is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team!

Office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with possible early dismissal on Fridays!

Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Company paid life insurance and accident insurance and other supplemental options. PTO!

Experience helpful but not necessary!

Job Specifications:

Critical Evaluation.

Relationship Management.

Ethical Practice.

Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products

Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates. Capability of effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of paid time off language and how to calculate.

Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations in regards to payroll taxes

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Little to no travel is expected for this position. (Some travel to and from other facilities may be required as job duties demand.)
