FDC Dental Clinic is opening an opportunity for a People Service Specialist to join our Human Capital team.
📍Placement: Support Office, East Jakarta
At FDC, People Service is not only about administration. It is about making sure every employee journey runs smoothly, from their first day, contract journey, benefits, engagement experience, until their final working process when needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, People Service, Employee Experience, or related HR functions.
- Having exposure to a large employee population, preferably 1,500+ employees, will be an advantage.
- Familiar with employment contract models such as partnership-based employment, PKWT, and PKWTT.
- Good understanding of HR administration, compensation & benefit, employee engagement, offboarding, termination, and industrial relation matters.
- Familiar with PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and employee benefit administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS or digital HR systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, extroverted, and comfortable working with many stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end People Service administration, including onboarding, employee data, contract renewal, personnel action, benefits, offboarding, and termination-related processes.
- Support employee engagement programs and internal events to help build a positive, connected, and engaging employee experience.
- Handle compensation and benefit administration, including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, insurance, claims, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with employees, leaders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure People Service processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time.
- Respond to employee service requests and provide clear, professional communication related to HR administration, benefits, employment status, and company programs.
- Ensure all People Service processes are aligned with SOP, company regulations, employment law, government regulations, and industrial relation practices.
- Prepare regular reports and support continuous improvement for People Service processes, dashboards, SOP, and digital documentation.
