Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive cum Admin based in Bandar Klang. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer concerns, communicating service updates, handling administrative duties, managing documentation, preparing reports, coordinating appointments, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service experiences.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills

Experience in Client Relations and maintaining strong customer partnerships

Proven ability in delivering Customer Satisfaction and high-quality Customer Service

Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail

Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
