Principal Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle.
- Facilitate the development of performance management policies and tools.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and line managers to provide guidance.
- Advise leadership on performance trends and effectiveness.
- Conduct analysis of performance data to identify talent and gaps.
- Monitor the integrity of the performance management system.
- Develop and deliver communication and training programs.
- Support the integration of performance outcomes with other HR processes.
