We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you excel at managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling confidential matters with professionalism, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Coordinate events, both internal and external
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Assist with administrative tasks such as expense reports and document management
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Professional demeanor and high level of discretion
Fluency in Italian and English.
