She has always lived life to the fullest and is transitioning now into a new lifestyle retaining only a part-time business engagement and extensive global travel with her husband, the former CFO of her company. She is the highly organized matriarch and event manager of a family with grown children and grandchildren.
As thisdynamiccouple transitions their current priorities to develop a new lifestyle, they require an experienced Manager of Personal Affairs, who can enhance their experience, by liberating time and stress for both.
POSITION SUMMARY
The overallpurposeof the newly created position is to assess and manage all the support that involve the details and needs of travel coordination, home/maintenance, events, family, and special.
projects that are now managed by the principals. The position will grow organically as the support.

This position will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including developing personal and project support/management in areas that principals have been managing over the years. The position’s primary focus will be to determine how current duties, tasks, and
responsibilities are now being managed and to extract responsibility to help principals attain their new personal goals.
Responsibilities
Strategic calendar management
Coordinating and scheduling domestic and global meetings.
Self-directed and proactive focus on liberating executive time as is possible.
Email and Information management.
Project management.
Relationship management.
Creative problem solving.
International and domestic travel management.
Relationship management
Event Management.
Qualifications
Well-developed ability to create value; finding needs and filling them.
Impeccable references from relevant employers
Patient, positive, intuitive, enthusiastic, kind, and honest with a love of service
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in technology preferably Microsoft Outlook
Relevant experience in personal support for complex lives and successful individuals
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
Habit of always going “over and above” what is needed.
High level of emotional intelligence
