We are now seeking exceptional talent to join us as a Pharmacy Technician (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian / TTK).

Job Description

Responsible for supporting pharmaceutical technical services, managing medicine inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations under the supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). This role focuses on delivering safe and accurate pharmaceutical services, maintaining accurate inventory management, and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented counseling and information on over-the-counter (OTC) medications to customers.
  • Prepare and compound medications accurately according to physicians’ prescriptions under the supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC).
  • Execute and support all daily pharmacy operations and transaction administration.
  • Manage medicine inventory turnover, monitor expiration dates, ensure compliance with proper storage standards, and maintain high-quality in-store merchandising.
  • Deliver responsive, efficient, and customer-focused service to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail pharmacy, community pharmacy, or clinical pharmacy settings. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must possess a valid Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy.
  • Must hold an active STRTTK (Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel Registration Certificate) and TTK Competency Certificate, which must not currently be registered or used at another workplace.
  • Must have sufficient Professional Credit Units (SKP) with a “Fulfilled” status on the SATUSEHAT SDMK portal managed by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
  • Strong understanding of Good Pharmacy Practice (CPPB/GPP) principles and regulations issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) and the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) governing retail pharmacy operations.
  • Additional pharmacy-related training certificates will be considered an advantage.
  • Must be willing to obtain a SIPTTK (Practice License for Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel) for the assigned work location.
  • Willing to be assigned to any location based on the company’s operational requirements.
  • Willing to work full-time on a 6-day workweek with a rotating shift schedule.
