Job Descriptions:
- Manage end-to-end Fiber Optic (FO) deployment projects executed by third-party contractors.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and deployment targets.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
- Track project KPIs and deployment performance metrics.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and deployment partners.
- Support coordination with customers, building management, local authorities, and external partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Qualifications:
-      Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
-      Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Network Deployment, or Telecommunications Operations.
-      Experience in supervising OSP deployment projects is highly preferred.
-      Strong understanding of Fiber Optic (FO) network deployment and OSP infrastructure.
-      Experience working with Field Maintenance (FM) or Project Execution (PE) teams.
-      Proficiency in project management methodologies and reporting tools.
-      Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
