About The Role

Reports to: Process Manager
The Process Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing production process operations to meet targets in quality, cost, and safety. This role ensures smooth shift execution through effective coordination of manpower, equipment readiness, and maintenance activities, while monitoring performance, minimizing downtime, and enforcing GMP and safety standards. It also involves timely reporting, issue escalation, and continuous improvement to maintain operational efficiency and process reliability.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, cost efficiency, and compliance with GMP requirements.
- Plan and manage operational resources, including manpower allocation, shift execution, overtime arrangements, maintenance coordination, and equipment readiness to support uninterrupted production activities.
- Monitor production performance, analyze downtime and operational inefficiencies, drive timely issue escalation, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve productivity, reliability, and overall plant performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of production records, shift reports, SAP transactions, parameter checks, and operational documentation in accordance with company requirements and standards.
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and support teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, resolve operational challenges, and maintain optimal performance of production lines and process equipment.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in workplace health, safety, and environmental management.
What You Bring
- Working Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations (preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or process-driven environments).
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment (e.g., fillers, pasteurizers, tanks), and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with GMP, safety standards, and quality control practices
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar production reporting systems
- Monitoring production performance, managing shift operations, and ensuring efficient process execution.
- Conducting root cause analysis, downtime investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve operational efficiency.
- Understanding production equipment operations and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize disruptions.
- Ensuring adherence to GMP, hygiene, quality standards, safety procedures, and risk management requirements.
- Managing production documentation, SAP transactions, performance reporting, and operational records.
