PGP Energies FZCO is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our Procurement Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate procurement records, updating databases, and ensuring data integrity to support smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update procurement-related data, including purchase orders, supplier details, and inventory records.

Maintain accuracy in all data entries to avoid errors in procurement transactions.

Verify and cross-check invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to track order progress and update records.

Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Handle general administrative tasks to support the procurement team.

Requirements:

Experience:

minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in procurement or supply chain.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.

Strong

attention to detail

and accuracy in data entry.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Basic knowledge of procurement processes is an advantage.
