tma is hiring: Product Data Administrator
Night Shift | Australia Hours | 100% Office Based
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and structured processes?
tma is looking for a Product Data Administrator to support the maintenance and management of product information across multiple ecommerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, consistency, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully office-based night shift position supporting Australia hours. The role is available in our offices located in Sandton, Durban, Cape Town, or Kenya.
Working Hours:
12:00am to 9:00am (Australia hours)
Please note that working hours may adjust periodically due to daylight saving time changes.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Uploading and maintaining product information across ecommerce platforms
• Updating product descriptions, specifications, attributes, and supporting content
• Managing product imagery, naming conventions, and digital assets
• Performing bulk product uploads and data updates
• Maintaining product trackers and monitoring product status
• Ensuring product information remains accurate and consistent across multiple channels
• Identifying and escalating missing information or data discrepancies
• Supporting product launches and seasonal product rollouts
• Completing product tagging and platform updates
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure products are launch-ready
• Following established processes and workflows with a high level of accuracy
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in administration, data entry, ecommerce support, CRM administration, customer support operations, product administration, catalogue management, quality assurance, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems
• Experience with Shopify, ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, product catalogues, or data management tools will be advantageous
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable and collaborative
