MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • Perform liquid product compounding activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB) and Occupational Health & Safety (K3) requirements.
  • Process raw materials into bulk liquid products, including Pedialyte Solution and Bubble Gum products, according to approved manufacturing procedures.
  • Ensure batch manufacturing documentation is completed accurately and compliantly throughout the production process.
  • Maintain product quality, equipment performance, and production area cleanliness during manufacturing operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational targets within the Production Department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Performs Liquid Compounding and Manufacturing Activities
  • Perform raw material weighing, preparation, and compounding activities according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/MO).
  • Process raw materials into bulk liquid products such as Liquid formulations, Pedialyte Solution, and Bubble Gum products.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP/BOP).
  • Follow all processing instructions stated in Batch Manufacturing Records accurately and sequentially.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with CPOB and company quality requirements.
  • Produce bulk products that meet established quality standards and production targets.
  • Maintains Documentation, Compliance, and Workplace Standards
  • Complete all manufacturing documentation accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain product quality by ensuring processing is performed under appropriate environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity requirements.
  • Ensure production rooms are clean and free from materials or products unrelated to the ongoing manufacturing process.
  • Verify equipment used during production is suitable and functioning properly.
  • Support GMP compliance by adhering to approved procedures and documentation practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of manufacturing formulas, equipment, production methods, and company documents.
  • Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and productivity enhancement programs.
  • Support achievement of departmental goals and operational performance targets.
  • Supports Production Safety and Operational Control
  • Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
  • Immediately report any manufacturing deviations occurring during processing, filling, or packaging activities.
  • Report measuring instruments or equipment that have exceeded their calibration due dates.
  • Report workplace accidents, unsafe conditions, or potential occupational health and safety hazards.
  • Monitor work results to ensure output quality and quantity meet established standards.
  • Continuously evaluate work execution against productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, preferably in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Operator in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/CPOB) and Workplace Health & Safety (K3).
  • Ability to operate production equipment and follow manufacturing documentation requirements.
  • Good teamwork, adaptability, initiative, innovation, and integrity.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
